Evolved Novelties Big Shot Vibrating, Squirting Dildo Review

Initially, I figured that the body-safe material would be theBig Shot Dildo’sonly real selling point—that the squirting function would fall flat, or the vibrating motor would be seriously mediocre.
It turns out, they’re both good.Pretty damn good, even, in the case of the motor.

Vibrations
I had aNO WAYmoment of shock and disbelief when I turned onthis Evolved dildo’svibrating function and felt that it was rumbly. This is no small feat in any vibrating dildo, much less in one that also squirts automatically.
Big Shot’s vibes are strong enough that this dildo could easily fit into mybest G-spot vibes ranking, rightbehind the Jopen toys. Especially Big Shot’s first speed, which I’d give an 8/10 for vibration depth (rumbliness) and a 5/10 for power. By the third (and final) steady speed,the “patterned vibe haters†camp 95% of the time. ☺">1 Big Shot is decidedly less rumbly, but the power level is nothing to sneeze at.
It may not bemyabsolute favoriteG-spot vibrator—a truly high honor—but it is solid,2 vibration-quality-wise. And Fashion Life Mag and waterproof too.
Squirting
But we’re allreallyhere for the squirting effect, right?
And this toy does it automatically, with the press of a button. This is unique among body-safe ejaculating dildos becauseall other optionsuse silicone tubing—commonly called a “cum tubeâ€â€”to deliver fluids. Then, you have to either push down on a luer-lock syringe’s plunger (à laBad Dragon & other fantasy toys) or squeeze the silicone bulb attached to the tubing (à laPOP by Semenette). That means you have to deal with the tubing hanging out of the toy—potentially frustrating if you’re prone to jerking your dildos fast or if you’re wearing the toy in a harness.
Remove this screw-on cap to fill the fluid reservoir.
But theBig Shot Squirting Dildo’spress-button ejaculation is so incredibly simple. It’seasyto make the toy cum. Plus cleaning is convenient! You just open the fluid compartment, rinse, shake out the remaining water, then leave the seal off so it’ll air-dry.Compared to sanitizing POP by Semenette, Big Shot is literallyten times less work.
When you hit the squirt button, Big Shot will ejaculate at full force for about three seconds, with the stream trailing off at the end. It makes me happy that this mirrors the average duration of a real-life ejaculation. Just like the dildo’s size, it’s not exaggerated.
If I’m using Big Shot in bed, a towel will easily catch the amount of fluid that comes out; I’ve used both tap water andwater-based lube. (You could also usehybrid lubefor a creamy, cum-like effect.) I like water because I can feel it reallydripdown my labia after I make the toy get off.
IMO, Big Shot is themost fun in the shower!That’s where it’s squirt-gun quality is best, because I can keep filling and refilling the reservoir. As a fan ofsofter, more realistic silicone dildos, I think Big Shot’s hardness can be too intense in some situations—especially when I’ve tried to use it suction-cupped. I definitely wouldn’t let a partner use it on me, in a harness or otherwise.
But I am very pleased with the PU (body-safe polyurethane) coating on Big Shot’s silicone. It’sa silky feelthat I’ve enjoyed before, because it minimizes drag when you’re moving the toy around. I canthrust fastwithout reapplying lube!
The Suction Cup
At first I thought Big Shot’s suction cup was a total fail, when I tried sticking it to my nightstand. But then I started using Big Shot in the shower and discovered that the small suction cupholds better when it’s slightly wet. Overall Thoughts
The Evolved Novelties Big Shotis a big deal because it’s the only realistic squirting dildo that’s body-safeandejaculates automatically. Just push Big Shot’s ejaculate button and it cums—no need to press in a syringe plunger in, or squeeze hard on a bulb. And at$70 right now at SheVibe, it’s less than half the price ofPOP by the Semenetteor theDoc Johnson Drencher($150 each).
I expected Big Shot’s motor to be weak, but it’s actually quite rumbly on the first speed, and has a good amount of power overall!
Big Shot’s fluid reservoir is easy to fill, and it’s even simpler to make the dildo squirt. I literally checked the toy’s instructions three times to make sure it was waterproof, and it is—so I’ve enjoyed takingBig Shotinto the shower and making the most of its squirt-gun effect there. It’s maximum wetness.
The biggest downside for me is that the silicone—though it has a nice, silky coating—is pretty firm. Which is why I give it a 4/5: Its look is realistic, and the squirting works well, but its firmness isnottrue-life. If you like hard pressure during penetration, then Big Shot will be more your style.

There is no tubing.See my demofor exactly how the ejaculation function works! You cansanitizethe inner channel by pouring 10% bleach-water solution or 70% isopropyl alcohol through, then rinsing with water and letting air-dry.
